I love the outdoor signs outside the garden center they are filled with humour and i always have a laugh.friendly staff and a great range of gardening products.
Unreal shop that has a huge amount of assorted plants and other gardening needs-i love their slogans/signs.top shop would recommend this shop to all.
I have visited many garden centres , not until I moved to the area did I expect to visit the BEST. All staff ready to help, trained Horticulturists to help with questions and plants fresh and alive. A credit to the owner Tim.
Went here when visiting family in Sydney totally delightful very knowledgeable staff and plants are well looked after pleasure to visit
Did not like this garden shop I brought a weeping dwarf pink cherry blossom. That was not cheap approx $80ish dollars some time back.
And instead I got a white blossom non weeping and non dwarf.
I went back and told them and I was told sometimes that happens....what the... That's a great excuse how does that work. No sorry no refund. I was not happy will not go there to buy anything else just incase I get more plants that are not marked correctly.

Wow! How does that "sometimes happen?" Crazy! They should be able to recognise a plant for what it is even if we lay people cant!

All the staff here are knowledgeable(well they are qualified Horticulturists after all!)hard-working & happy.I have been going to Tim's since I started extending my garden 16 years ago(And it's an 'on-going' work)
they have wide range and good quality plants. but the products are expensive. some plants are over priced. you can get them half the price from somewhere else. but over all its good.

Tim's have a wide range or products and I was able to find what I needed. However the service on the day I went was very ordinary. One example is at the check out I had an arm full of heavy things and the two staff members continued their (non-work related) conversations for at least 10 minutes.
We have been a few times to Tims Garden centre. The is a good range of plants and accessories. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It does not matter what you purchase they give you advice. The gardens always look well looked after
