Not happy. I had left my wall clock to be fixed. I was told they would ring me with a telephone quote. 3 month later no news at all. Called at the shop to be told my clock hasn't been seen yet. When may I ask may be 3 month or more. So I took my clock back as it if not working it is better on my wall than theirs. Thank you very much for no service . My clock has very sentimental value

I have been there many times, either buying or getting repairs. They are very helpful people and great to deal with. A+++

Awesome I smash my watch at least 5 times a year. He always does a good job and quite promptly also. Reasonable prices. He does all the work himself on-site, show me another jeweller that does that these days.
Overall I’m totally happy with service received.

I have gone to Time Brothers on a number of occasions to have things repaired. My experience has always been really good. The gentleman who runs the shop has always been very helpful and his prices reasonable. I haven't bought any jewellery from him yet but I like a few pieces there and the prices seem good.

I took my perfectly functioning watch in here to have the hands painted black as they were too pale to see clearly. When I collected the watch I was happy with the job that had been done and the price charged, but the watch didn't work! The jeweller refused to take responsibility for having damaged the watch when painting the hands and accused me of lying that the watch worked when I brought it in!! He became extremely hostile and verbally agressive when I told him I wasn't going to pay extra for him to fix something that wasn't broken when I brought the watch in. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I found that the staff were very helpful and over all nice people. They have a good range of stock for the size of the business and store. Prices were exceptional for the quality of the products.
