My small dog has been on a long term prescription and I am FULLY aware of side effects etc. However I am now am being made to undertake expensive mandatory blood testing every six months in order to continue being prescribed the medication. I have since been advised the blood testing is only “recommended” by them however they still will not allow me to say no to this expensive testing (which is financially stressing me and is of absolutely no benefit!). Additionally I was charged $20 dispensing fee for 5 tablets and was told there would be a further fee if I only wanted a script (which again required blood testing!). Avoid yourselves the financial strain of this place and go ANYWHERE but there people!!!

I have recently taken my little Maltese dog to this vet for treatment of her reoccurring back problems, and also for a vaccination. The vet conducted various reflex diagnostic tests and also examined her and felt her back and concluded she had hurt her back in a muscular way. He prescribed anti inflammatories and gave her a shot of anti inflammatories and a kennel cough vaccine. He also gave her a treat to cheer her up. The vet was happy to answer all my questions and give advice for how to continue to treat her back and about vaccinations. He was friendly and helpful and the receptionist was kind also and they squeezed me in at the last minute for an appointment. My little one is feeling much better now and they are always consistently of good quality here every time I go there.
