I shop here quite a bit and am always disappointed when I enter the business as there is no one ever to greet you and when you have to go to the repairs section I have waited over 15 mins for service. I did at one time enquired about someone to help out and was told that someone would be there soon even though staff were in the shop in other areas but weren't prepaired to assist. They need to do a lot of work with customer service.
