I would not recommend 3rd party claims to anyone. Stay well clear of them. No communication, extremely poor repair. They lie about what's happening and just leave you in the dust. I wish my van was just a write off but now just want it out of my life.
Pity for a $30,000 van with 38k on the clock and I'm just hoping I get $5k

I’m asking has any body else had their car taken by TPC n told it goes into storage untill or if claim is excepted.. my car was classed as total right off . I don’t understand why they need to take your car ??? I was given a cheap looking berlina to drive as a hired car n told no cost to me .. I’m a little sus about all this can anyone give me advise or help please

I was struggling to find one insurance company and finally got hold of them. They have rich expertise is resolving your motor claims in least amount of time and patience. I recommend them for any type of Motor or related claims.

They took my damaged car under the pretext of pursuing the claim. However, I never got any further updates on that vehicle ever. The person that I communicated over the text message never answered my phone which was very suspicious.

I also suspect they sold my vehicle to the wreckers WITHOUT my prior notice and consent (which weakened my case) I repeatedly inquired about it and I was provided with no specific answers.

I felt like they cheated me, they scammed me. They took advantage of my vulnerable situation.
I will not recommend their business.

We were so impressed with what TP Claims offer. Great service, a payout (even though it took a while, so be patient) and a free hire car for several months. Amazing!
