When Think Real Estate North Rockhampton sold my unit, they did not do up the contract properly (the Real Estate Institute of Queensland agreed with me on this) & I will take this further, but want to get the word out on this website, so others can BEWARE! The lady that did my contract left Think Real Estate before the contract settled, but when I told Think about the debacle (that was to cost me $556.79 in default interest on my next property purchase!), they obviously knew they were in the wrong; because I was rang on a Saturday & they offered to take $250.00 off the Real Estate commission, then they changed that offer to $300.00! - very unprofessional!! I had an OPEN LISTING on my unit; but agreed to give Think Real Estate an EXCLUSIVE LISTING, giving them HEAPS more commission, but they could not see their way clear to refund me $556.79 out of their $6,599.20 commission. Two words from me …. BEWARE ….. UNFAIR.
