Absolutely thrilled. I left key out and upon my return you wouldn’t know there had been a workman there apart from my brand new Panasonic Air Conditioner. It is so quiet and quick to heat. I didn’t realize how bad my old one was until I used this one. Communication was prompt and professional, yet friendly.
