Amazing Amazing Amazing, I have been to a few places and this one is the best, Dr Gavin Chan is absolutely fantastic, The staff, nurses are great too and price I have to say is very affordable compared to other places. They are very professional at what they do and how they handle your situation. I have had many procedures including lipo and will keep going back.

I m a regular customer for botox, laser hair removal, loads of filler, med light and even just recently lypo. I v e been to other clinics previously and honestly this is the BEST! The vast array of cosmetic marvels you can choose from to enhance yourself is terrific and always evolving. The doctors are wonderfully down to earth with a wealth of knowledge, (Terri is my favourite!) and the receptionists and nurses are so warm, attentive and professional. The Victorian Cosmetic Institute is also very reasonable in their treatment pricing with top grade equipment at their disposal. Plus you ve got the cloak of secrecy with the lovely hidden away locations if you like to keep your 'maintenance' to yourself! If I could be an ambassador for this clinic I would (but I don t want everyone knowing all the work I v e had done! lol...)

I visited the clinic in Berwick, and I must say that the overall experience was second to none. The environment was relaxing and inviting, the doctors were highly knowledgeable about the treatments, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering cosmetic procedures. Nothing to be scared of here!

These guys do everything and everything well. Had some laser dermabrasion here, and botox. Everyone is so well trained from the receptionist, to the nurses and doctors. All procedures are non surgery, so there's less risk and excuses for not having what you've always wanted done.
