I don't usually ask for a specific stylist but I've found the quality amongst them quite different. Some definitely better than others.

Lucy is my hairdresser, I have been going to her for the past three years. Last year she recommended that I straightened my hair I have never looked back, the cut is alway excellent I look stylish and the straightening has made my rather corse hair soft and very manageable. Very Professional team

I had to wait for quite a while for my hairdresser to be ready, and this was annoying as my day was fully booked.
Their hairdresser did a reasonable job, but she mumbled her name so I didn't get it, so can't tell you.

a very enjoyable experience. the stylist encourages me to try a new style and help me make decisions to match my face and look. I walk away with new gained confidence and excitement. do try and be pleasantly surprised.
