Pathetic. Wasted 45 minutes at an appointment, return not lodged, as they claimed their 'internet was down'. No, it was their rubbish remote desktop connection. I let it go for 5 days, emailed them again on how things were going...... got handballed to the manager up in Shepparton. No good. Found someone else more professional.

Fantastic Service, really know all the deductions, value for money, covered our fee with all the extra deductions. Good on them for not keeping the 'bad' employee there from the past review, one person should not taint this privately owned business (its not a franchise)

I go every year to get my tax done. They are honest, thorough, genuine people. They ask so many questions, because they are trying to figure out the best deductions, therefore the best return possible. I really appreciate their efforts, they do such big hours, and are even open 7 days a week during peak times!
