Their chips and burgers were fresh and tasty however the chips serving was smaller than expected. Service was friendly

The fish was more expensive than what I generally pay for fish and chips however it tasted amazing! The flake was so fresh and nicely cooked, the chips were a lovely crisp light golden colour and tasted great too. The chip portions were probably a bit on the small side. We did have to wait 15-20mins for our order to be cooked (there was a line of people waiting in the shop) but it was well worth the wait. Even though they were busy the staff all appeared to be working efficiently to get people's orders cooked as quickly as possible. Great location too - we took our food and walked across to the beach to enjoy our meal.

I love the fish and chips at the stunned mullet. On a good day the chips are near perfect, and on a bad day they are still better than most of the chips around!
The butterfish is also wrapped in a crispy layer and delicious. I do wish some of the other menu options were a little more affordable: the yiros, the traditional calamari and the other options are all a bit pricey for a feed on the beach.

But overall, this place is great, and is one of the reasons why I go to Henley Beach, rather than say, West Beach.

Great fish and chips from this store. Bought 3 pieces of butterfish and chips and ate them down on the foreshore. The fish and chips were some of the nicest I have had recently. Check which days they are open as I think they are closed on Mondays.

Best fish and chips I've had in Adelaide. They offer more than just your average fish and chip shop and the quality is always great. They can get pretty busy, but we always call in advance and never have to wait long.

These guys do great takeaway fish and chips. The price is a little steep for what you get but they are good. The staff are always friendly but there can be a bit of a wait some nights for your food.
