Emily and Jackson were amazing people here tonight after 250 people on Quantas was landed at Townsville Airport, because of flight problems.

3people together as passengers, were looked after over many hours over there time to feed and look after people stuck in Townsville...

They were delight workers for all people on Quantas here.

A lady Jai served me today. She was happy and friendly. I was having the worst day too..Just takes some good customer service to sometimes lift your spirit!

As with most airport food businesses these guys have a relatively small selection of items at a very big premium compared to outside the airport. The staff are friendly and the food ranges from freshly made to quick hot box stuff that you can eat on the go. While none of the food is bad or off putting it's not a destination I would be specifically going to eat and the prices do make you wish you had eaten before you left home. The facilities and the bar are the best part to avail yourself of if you have a couple of hours to wait or layover.
