Sofitel is always a great stay with their quality bed garantee, but the stay down at Melbourne as made even better with a free room upgrade, and absolutly attentive staff, made us feel we were in a very special place

I haven't actually stayed at the Sofitel in Melbourne but have had a conference there and found the atmosphere to be fantastic, the food to be luxurious and the people to be very courteous.

Mmmmm 5 star hotel. Just pull up out the front hand over your keys let someone else get your bags, easy check in, nice rooms with very convenient remote for everything except the kettle and toilet. Reasonable room service prices. Nice, expensive bar, easy check out

This hotels lobby is amazing, the rooms are great! THE SOFITEL BEDS ARE THE BEST! when i went home to my own i was sooo sad! this is a great place

I went there to celebrate being together 10 years with my now husband. It made our anniversary so memorable that we know we'll never forget it. There were so many wonderful things about, including the surprise bottle of Champagne they sent up to our room. It had the best views in Melbourne you could ever imagine from our room, and for the little hiccup we did have near the end of our stay, they did more than just apologise, they went the extra distance to make it better however they could. So the hiccup in no way hindered our chances of wanting to stay there again!!!

This is a beautiful hotel as should be expected. The views and rooms were amazing and were a little bit of luxury. Large rooms, perfect beds and a short walk to lots in melbourne. Will definately visit again

Want luxury, you must stay at the sofitel in Melbourne. I went there for a short getaway. I felt like royalty. It is amazing. The rooms are huge and nice and the views are great. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Passing through late on a saturday afternoon a room was requested for the night, the staff were very helpful in providing a room at such short notice and were helpful in suggesting a nice restaurant in the area. 5 stars!

Very good service, breakfast is amazing.
Happy to try and meet any needs you may have. We stayed in a queen superior room and loved the marbel bathroom and the King size bed is very comfortable.
