Amazing dental practice. Doesn't feel like a dentist at all (or not one I've ever been to). Andre is incredible! He explains everything he is going to and is gentle, calm and professional at all times. I would not go anywhere else! !!

Found this place through a friend and am so glad I did. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Dr. Rob Taylor is very gentle and explains everything as he goes. My experience has been pain free and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It is in a beautifully renovated, cosy cottage too.

Being fairly new to this area, I looked up womo for a dentist closeby and chose The Smile Place because of the excellent reviews. Well the great reviews were not overstated. I saw Dr Rob Taylor for this checkup visit and luckily nothing needed to be done, but he is incredibly kind and gentle, and was super apologetic for keeping me waiting (which was really only a few minutes).

The clinic has a lovely vibe and they obviously have a wonderful team of genuinely caring people. I honestly could not recommend the practise highly enough.

I had walked around with a broken back molar for quite some time because we had moved and I needed to find a new dentist.
The Smile Place was recommended by a person who I had recently met. When I entered the premises, I was greeted by a very pleasant lass who understood my apprehension, and was comforting.

Long story short, a surgical extraction was necessary, which was attended to immediately. I could not believe the relief, both emotionally and physically.

All care was taken to explain the procedure, which instilled my total confidence in the surgeon. Nothing like this is pleasant, however, I experienced little discomfort and even when the anaesthetic wearing off, it was gentle.

I have the highest regard for all the staff at The Smile Place. The followup call to see how I was going was greatly appreciated.

The staff are Courteous, professional and a the establishment is a beautiful practice. Overall an outstanding local business.

I got an 'emergency appointment' within days of ringing. From the receptionist, through to the Dentist, everyone was super friendly and nice.
When the time came for my filling, I was given earphones to block out the drilling (I get anxious about dental work - the drilling especially!) and got to choose which TV channel I could lay back and watch whilst they did the work.
The Dentist went really slowly to put the injection in to numb the area, I barely felt a thing. Then he worked slow and steady, giving me plenty of time to catch my breath and relax my jaw whilst he worked.
I'm really happy I read the reviews on this site to go to this dental clinic.
Highly recommended!

I've now been to The Smile Place twice. I don't give WOW's ,a pity but the dental team and staff are deserving of a triple WOW.

Technically they are outstanding. I've never been to a dental surgery before that is so well equipped,friendly,prepared to listen to one's ramblings and more importantly DO THE JOB.

My first visit was to x-ray my teeth. Today's visit was to clean them. A brilliant job Andrew Schertel and your nurse.

OK, so I'm back in a couple of weeks for a filling. I'm sure you'll be gentle.

I am a particularly nervous patient and I was concerned when taking my children to the dental surgery for their visit. Dr Julie and the dental assistance were calm, spoke clearly to the children and made their whole experience a positive one. It was that good, that my son who is particularly nervous enjoyed it so much that the next week when I was going for my own visit, he asked to come!!
For my own personal experience Dr Julie and again the assistants were professional and made my nerves a relevant issue and they took the time to talk me through all of my concerns as well as encouraging all of my efforts.
I now have further work that needs to be done, however I am not as scared as I would have been previously, thanks to the wonderful care and concern displayed.
I cannot praise this professional practice high enough. From my initial conversation where my concerns were noted and relayed to the dentist so that she had an idea of what I was going through before bringing in my children and then of course myself.
Thank you to "The Smile Place" for making this a wholly positive experience for myself and my children!!

Requiring a dental procedure two days prior to travelling interstate.
Needed further investigation on dental condition.
Time running out.
Dr. Taylor arranged for me to see a Maxillary Surgeon at 12:00 that day. Consultation undertaken with an appointment for a procedure at 13:30.
Can`t beat that for efficiency on any scale.
My appreciation to Dr. Taylor and staff for a super outcome.

Really great friendly, helpful and most of all HAPPY staff! Everyone there is so happy you can't help but smile yourself and feel like one of the team, they value you as a person not a number. Glad I joined this practice and would recommend it to anyone. Rob was lovely and I felt thorough, was able to see Natalie for a clean which was great, never seen a hygienist before and rob was right, much better clean than any dentist would do. Do yourself a favour a pick this clinic! Actually looking forward to my next visit so thank you!!!
