Stress free renovation team, helpful and extremely tidy which was unexpected. We had chosen a heavy mirror for bathroom and had to change but even after the rest of job was finished Errol came back to put up our replacement mirror and rehang the bathroom door that had been damaged due to our water leak. My shower base had a huge crack in it which I had tried to repair. I thought replacing it would mean smashed tiles so much cost and so much redesign, but they did it for about 30% of the price I expected. It is now much better than it was before without any tiles being damaged at all. If I had known this earlier I would have fixed it six months ago!

I was immediately impressed by the way Erol and his helper took off their shoes at the door. So considerate. Then his assessment of the seal and his willingness to fix it, at no cost even when I pressured him to accept payment for the visit and the work. In today’s environment, this level of service is few and far between. You have a customer for life!
