Really excellent restaurant, interesting menu - large mains, well-cooked meals, friendly service and fantastic location. The tasting menu is a great choice.
Great restaurant on the water on Mornington's harbour. Classy place with the price tag too but food is great
Food here tasted great and was probably worth the price, a little on the pricy side of things though. The view is pictureque being near the coast. Stuff seemed friendly enough, would come here again

I had heard a lot about this place from other family members, and went here a couple of weeks ago for my father's birthday lunch. Unfortunately we all left disappointed (and my father and sister had been there before). The calamari entree tasted great as did the fried white bait / anchovies (admittedly, I can't remember which it was), but the abalone entree special was extremely expensive for the amount of abalone we actually got. I ordered the spaghetti vongole special because one of my favourite combinations is oil, chilli & garlic - unfortunately my spaghetti was covered in parsley (so that was all you could taste) and didn't even have chilli in it. Service was alright, but we did ask one waiter for another bottle of water - we already had an empty bottle of mineral water on the table so that was what he brought us - we actually wanted tap water. Yes we probably should have specified, but as someone who has worked in hospitality he also should have clarified first - when we told him we actually wanted tap water he responded extremely rudely with "well you should have said tap water" - that was completely unnecessary. We ended up spending ~3 hours there because the meals were extremely slow (our main waiter had waited until he cleared our entree plates before telling kitchen to start on our mains...so it took a long time for our mains to come). Positives would definitely be the view, and their chips - they are amazing! But unfortunately I'm not in a hurry to go back to this place, not for the price. Expected much more :(

Had a terrible experience with the staff they were very rude and difficult as my sister is a coeliac and it seemed to be a big problem to ask which dishes on the menu where gluten free. They then decided to ignore and not serve our table for some time. The meal size was also disapointing for the price you pay.

Dine here for brekky quite often, the food is casual and nicely presented and the staff are friendly. The view isn't half bad either.
Approximate cost: $20
Beautiful meals. I love their breakfasts. Great range of options with plenty of choices. Also good options for the kids. Service is inconsistent and it's a bit pricey but the view is amazing.
Approximate cost: $20-30
Regularly go for lunch and occasional breakfast and dinner. Always great food, freshly cooked, interesting choices and good value. Never had a bad meal!
Approximate cost: $33
Food has been consistently good with the Seafood paella and chocolate mousse as stand outs. Service is average but not enough to perturb us from going back for more. Another stand out feature are the beautiful bay views.
This restaurant is absolutely stunning. I may be a little one sided because this is where my husband and I got engaged so it holds special memories for us. We sat on the deck overlooking the water. The food was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing and very romantic. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is the type of place that would still be lots of fun with friends as well as someone special. My husband highly recommends the crab!
