Very good place. Loved my decision to come here for a cut , colour and a little styling. Lovely people who care.

Frankly, it is one of my best salon experience so far. Decided to try it out since my fave salon is in the neighbourhood council and this one is close by and has raving reviews. Greeted with a morning coffee, magazines on the table, a consultation, hair-wash which includes head massage then cutting, blow-drying and perfecting the cut. All included in the stated written price. Since Wes is away, I was booked in with Lou , who has only been there for 1 month. Lou is pleasant, relax, gentle and accommodating. Many of the hairdressers I have been to is quite rough especially when they are not happy and blow-drying were nightmares since they practically put the heat against the scalp for faster drying. Not with Lou though, which is a relief. She's able to give options of solutions for my hair dilemma and slightly change the style when I was not 100% sure of it. Usually, at this point, other hairdressers would not be happy and their friendliness affected. It was very relaxing, perfect ambience, spacious salon, and I love my haircut! It is easy to recreate the style I left the salon with after washing my hair at home.

I have recently moved to Hawthorn East and i run a busy printing business, i never thought i would ever be able to replace my old hairdresser, however once i visited these guys, a girl by the name of Marcia consulted and applied my color, i felt that i was missing out,being stuck with my old hairdresser, Marcia gave me a few new options and ideasrelating to new fashion, i must state my old hairdresser kept doing the same thing for 7 years.so happy that i tried you Marcia. i thank you Marcia for the new fresh ideas i will reccomend you to all my friends and staff.

Having been disillusioned with my former hairdressing salon, I decided to try Red Door on recommendation and am pleased to say I have now found my new hair salon! Lou did my cut and colour and was extremely efficient, friendly and professional. The salon has a nice feel to it and as a client I was treated with respect and my requirements listened to. I'd highly recommend the salon and Lou for a great cut and colour!

I Received a flyer in the mail, after years attending another salon down the road i needed a change, WHAT a great alignment this was, i found Marcia who is a colorist and she has changed my life, i use to be a stained blonde but never knew until i seen the change in my color, i thank you so much and can say im never leaving this girl, while looking through stones i found a diamond. yes i know i sound obsessed. BUT IM HAPPY :)

I walked in to this salon with my friend mich tonight, as she was getting her hair cut and coloured, i was amazed by the girls ability that fixed her hair. I asked Marchia if she could fit me in ( a big ask i know) but she did and i think i made her stay back.im soooo sorry. I just want to say OMG what a great colourist she is. Talks the talk but can definitely walk the walk, not like other hairdressers. THANKS THANKS THANKS Marchia i feel like a new woman. Xx Def give you guys a chance at my cut.
