I would have to say its the best kids party venue I have been too. They did an amazing job!! I would go back again. It's a bonus to get a disk with photos of all the kids on the red carpet, loved the disco. Well organized and staff is great. Thanks Becky (new owner) and the girls.

Made my 4 year old daughter's party a breeze. She had a ball and felt like a princess all morning:) A bonus was receiving a disk with over 100 photos on it from when the kids stroll down the red carpet! Music in the party room was age appropriate. Helpful and friendly staff.

Thanks to Lisa, Hayley and Lilly Ella's 10th birthday party was perfect. A great party to remember for all the right reasons! The kids loved it, both boys and girls. Hayley and Lilly were very well organised, polite and the perfect hostesses. Everything ran smoothly with no fuss, the kids were entertained and had a ball. We decided to have our daughters 16 th Birthday there. The staff did everything from the invitations to the food, birthday cake and the entertainment. The music and the Karaoke were a hit with all the guests and the staff made sure everyone joined in, especially with the nutbush and the chicken dance, even with that age group they all joined in. Thank you for giving them the red carpet treatment. You made it an enjoyable experience with nothing to worry about.

After deciding to have a joint birthday party for my daughter and her friend we chose The Party Factory as both girls had been there previously. It was so easy!! They organised everything from the invitations and food, entertainment and birthday cake. The girls and their friends all had an absolute ball, singing karaoke and dancing, with a game or two thrown in as well. The hosts made this a fun experience and communicated well from day one, answering questions and making sure we had everything covered for the day. We loved getting the photos from the red carpet and I think we will be back for another party in the not too distant future!

My daughter had a fantastic 5th birthday party @ The Party Factory with 23 friends. The staff were great & always ready to assist if I needed anything. The red carpet is such fun for the kids & getting the photos of each friend & the group shot is an amazing keepsake. The disco is the absolute highlight though. We will definitely be going back for friends party's & for our own future parties.

although i haven't held one of my kids parties here we have been to other kids parties & loved it. Such a great idea for the older kids that are "over" having parties at playcentres

Had a party here and was fantastic..the staff were friendly and the kids had a fantastic time walking the red carpet and had so much fun in the disco and karaoke room!! Only disappontment was the photos we got quite a few were blurry other than that was a great party!

My daughter Neve celebrated her 7th birthday here a couple of weeks ago. We had never been to a party here before and i found the venue by chance by searching the net for an appropriate venue for a "disco" party. We were blown away with the great atmosphere, excellent service and entertainment by the gorgeous staff who looked after the kids and made sure they were having a great time. Would highly recommend.
