The wood fired oven produces excellent sour dough bread with a firm light texture and crunchy crust. Just like a home baked loaf. The product is not cheap compared to plain label supermarket white but neither is it a concoction of sugar and air that is stale the next day. For me it is a shame the bakery is so far away from where I live.
