A good cafe in a nice old part of Battery Point. Have been here only once, stopped in on impulse when driving by as it looked inviting on a rainy winters day. Had only coffee and cake, but the food was good and it was a nice spot on a dismal day. The service was fast and friendly. I'd happily go back.

I have only been to this café twice which was recommended to me by work colleagues. The service is good and very friendly. The café is located in a quiet area of Hobart which makes it a good place to relax and have a chat away from the markets on Saturdays. The business is a small one and the atmosphere is cosy and warm. I have never seen this place packed, but don't let that worry you too much. The coffee (flat white and mocha) and hot chocolate are excellent. The café is located in Battery Point, a historical town, a short stroll (5 minutes) from Salamanca. The only negative thing I can think of is that they do not have much of a selection of cakes or biscuits. There is plenty of parking on the street outside the café. Try this place if you like good coffee and a nice relaxing atmosphere.
