I was referred by a friend to see Belinda Jones (physiotherapist) after tearing my right peroneal muscle (around ankle) , she was fantastic, very professional, thorough, realistic and supportive. I had a full 45mins uninterrupted session, which I was her only patient. I have been to other physios where theyare seeing a couple of people at a time, and this is very offputting. This first session included a detailed history, balance tests, an ultrasound, mobilisation, massage, strapping, a list of strenthening exercises, and a plan.
