I was in the market for a new bed and mattress and did not want to deal with a massive shop and staff that were disinterested or selling on commission where the 'facts' may get blurred. Sam explained the various options and their prices clearly and was happy to go over things that I had trouble taking in. When I made an alteration to the bedhead 2 years later, (& inadvertently changed the stability of the frame), I visited the shop and Sam organized carpenters to come to my house, look at the problem (I had caused) and make restitution. They were exceptional - phoned and made an appointment, turned up when they said they would, and go the problem sorted. I recently visited the shop again with my daughter who is looking for a new bed combo and was once again impressed with the explanation of the range and especially by a comment that 'the highest price is not always the best bed for YOU'. I like that integrity! PS Also Australian Made, Australian Owned, a small business where the guy serving you owns and manages the business and makes these environmentally sustainable products.

the product is the real star - great furniture and the most comfortable mattresses EVER. but the staff (who are also the owners and the manufacturers) are very friendly and helpful too, and the whole process of trying-buying-paying-delivering was smooth and easy. believe it or not, they actually deliver exactly when they say they are going to!

Compared with other bed shops and latex mattresses, the Natural Bedding Shop is miles ahead. Their range is wide, catering for a variety of tastes and needs and their prices are very reasonable. The work is all done locally and sustainably so we are not paying huge prices for transport and environmental destruction!

We purchased a wool and coir cot mattress from the Natural Bedding Company and I found their service to be excellent. Not only were the staff happy to answer my many questions but they also completed production of the mattress within 24 hours of my order! Their communication was fantastic and we're so happy with the quality of the mattress - it is such great value and I'm all for the 100% natural materials!

Checked everywhere for Latex mattresses & these guys were around half the price AND the materials are ALL natural, (cotton wool hemp coconut fibre depending on the model) No glues, sprays, etc. $50 delivery is great too!
