I have been on the lady shake for just over 2 weeks and really love it. I have lost 2 kilos and I don't find it hard at all. I add 2 strawberries to the strawberry & vanilla flavour and blend it, the coffee flavour is also quite nice. Haven't tried the other flavours yet. Will continue to use. Bought 4 bags for the price of 3 on their website

I'm on the fence right now as it's only been a week on Lady Shakes. I add mine with a frozen banana and it tastes amazing!! the 400 of water makes for a BIG SHake. At this point, I seem to be struggling in general so I will buy more Lady Shakes and stay on for a few more weeks,. then I will review again.

I needed to lose some Kgs to feel better within my self. a friend recommended the lady shake. I tried it and liked it better than the other shakes . Losing weight and not hungry. I like the banana flavour best. Anyone wanting to lose weight this is the way to go
