I like that they have something akin to tapas. You can get little plates of delight for $9 each or 3 for $25. Did this one the other day where we had Arancini balls, the beef short ribs and their dips. Then we followed this with their generous selection of craft beers.
Come here to try all sorts of new things

The prices sound all right and the food seems delicious. I have never visited the Kings Hotel before, but your review really makes me want to check it out for myself.

Love arancini! And love tapas style eating when done well. That's it, I have to try it, thanks for the review!

Great burgers! Modern venue and friendly staff. Have been to a function here and thoroughly enjoyed the night. Sitting out on King William street having a few drinks and just watching the city pass by. The staff are friendly, prices are great and theres plenty of beer on tap!

The Kings is one of my favorite pubs in Adelaide for quality food using locally sourced ingredients which is good value and tasty. They also have an exceptional selection of SA only beers and wines which makes this a must do location for people visiting Adelaide.

Being hungry I ordered the gnocci from the Hungry section, also it had been recommended. It was certainly delicious and the gnocci was as light as a feather. Unfortunately the portion was entree sized and wasn't hot. My friends had schnitzel which was good, but their chips weren't hot. There were no waiting staff available at the time to complain to since the restaurant was busy. When we did give the feedback later it was dealt with professionally. The waitress who served us during the evening was friendly and knowledgable. On the whole an enjoyable experie.

This place is very interesting. As soon as you walk in, you will see that there once used to be a well, but is now covered by a super thick re-inforced piece of glass.

It was a little quiet the weekend we decided to go there for lunch.

The service was a tad slow, but understandable with only one staff on.

We placed our orders for drinks and food and when it arrived, we were not disappointed.

The chef here is adventurous, but believes in good quality, and fresh tastes.

I can see it has the potential to become a favourite haunt of the residents that lives in this area.
