I have to give a disclaimer on this - we went here for lunch, arriving at 3:45pm. So anything I say is tainted by the absolute starvation I was suffering from at the time!
When we arrived we grabbed drinks at the bar and then sat down at a table. It took probably 10 minutes for someone to approach us with a menu, and then in 2 minutes they returned for our orders and looked a bit surprised when we weren't ready. Odd.
The waiter went over the specials of the day, one of which had a 30 minute wait because of how long it took to cook, so we automatically rejected it (due to aforementioned starvation) and decided on something else. As it turned out, we could have gone with the special, because our meals took 35 minutes to come out anyway. Normally I probably wouldn't be too stressed over this, but we had lots to do after we ate and were really hungry so it was frustrating, particularly when we chose it partially because they were almost completely empty when we arrived.
When the food did arrive however, it was really lovely. We all got something different and everyone was pretty much silent as we ate, generally a pretty good sign.
The biggest problem was that after our meal we wanted to go to the bathroom, but after walking in we quickly realised that wasn't going to be an option - there was unidentified matter on the seat itself, and that was as far as I got before deciding I would survive the rest of the afternoon as I was. Not sure if this is its usual standard but it was very off putting.
So, overall, a pretty nice place. Great location, nice and airy, friendly staff (if a little slow) and good food. Reasonably priced too. Four meals with drinks was about $90, so not too bad.
