I have been here multiple times and the service has always been excellent, staff happy to make any changes you like. I try and avoid looking at the delicious cakes while I'm eating my favourite meal - berry pancakes, which are better than I've had in Southbank. Food is always fresh.

Over the last few hot days the Jolly Miller in Bacchus Marsh has been very uncomfortable due to lack of an air conditioner that works. Not only is this a health issue for customers, particularly the elderly, but for your employees it becomes an "occupational health and safety issue" which needs to be attended to immediately.

Seems to be the type of place that the tourists go to, but the locals avoid.

They are quite expensive, while their food is very average. I can't comment on the coffee. Their service is also very average, and two out of the three times I've been there I've been given the wrong food. The last time I went there I asked for a vegetarian pastie, and ended up taking a big bite out of a MEAT pastie. That was the last straw for me, so I won't be going back there again.

There's better bakeries in Bacchus Marsh, and they all have better service and are cheaper than The Jolly Miller.

I have been going to Jolly Miller for years. I love the warm atmosphere their, the most pleasant staff who are always welcoming and happy. I have also ordered birthday cakes from this cafe and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have the best possible.

The coffee is sensational and such a huge selection of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, foccasia, milkshakes, pies and so much more with that home made quality, and always so freshly prepared. This place is our faviorate saturday afternoon hang out. I recommend it.

The staff are disorganised and very slow. The food is nice but very very expensive. Also their take away coffee is more expensive than anywhere else and not the best coffee I have ever tasted.
