The 5 stars are for Salesman Ricky, very informative and patient,nice guy. As for the woman with the blonde hair at the front where you pay, she seemed to want to get rid of us and was annoyed, nearly walked, but Ricky came over and yes we bought the TV and sound bar. She should work out the back, keep her away from customers.

Order not even dispatched after more than 3 weeks

We have left several msg's, no one calls back. It is just not a priority for them. Tried calling the store, left msg via Facebook, lodged a query via the website

We ended cancelling the order after a few weeks of painfully trying to deal with the incompetent and rude staffs of the Good Guys Dandenong!!

All through we were constantly spoken to like we were to be blamed (the issue was with us booking for the premium delivery but not mentioning that the property had a straight staircase - when there was nowhere on the website to state it!!).
We still agreed for them to just deliver it downstairs and a delivery date was finally locked in. I arranged for someone purposely go wait at the vacant property for the delivery to arrive, but no-one ever came!!
Each time we called, there was no apologies, no proper customer service, we could hear them bad-mouthing us on the phone in the background and they would constantly try to put the blame on us.

Specific staffs: Michelle, Lindy and the driver were rude and should really go and get a customer service course before they are allowed to continue working in retail!

We ended cancelling the order and buying a fridge from JB-Hifi who were absolutely AMAZING - and even transported the fridge up the stairs without any so called ‘premium delivery’ and without us asking them to do so!

I would not shop in this store again. I bought a display computer & when I tried to return it as my family had already bought me another one as a surprise, I was told I couldn't return it as it was used. I explained my situation & told them it wasn't used, a senior staff member insisted ( in a very rude manner & over the phone without seeing the computer) it was used because it had been a display model, I hadn't even taken it out of the box and here he was telling me it was used, yet he insisted the computer was new when I bought it (total double standard!). After numerous phone calls to the store & having to listen to a senior personnel telling me he wouldn't be able to sell it for the same price even though I hadn't used used & it was less than 2 weeks old, he eventually agreed to to take it back, but charged me $50. Not at all impressed & will never set foot in there, let alone give them a cent again.

Brand new store that looks great from the outside and the inside. As soon as I stepped in to the store there were employees on the flooring offering to help me with what ever I required. The gave me time to look around and when I had a question they made themselves available. Majority of the employees were very friendly when I approached them and they also offer a better price than what is on the ticket.
