Went to Good Guys today to look at buying a dishwasher, initially didn't have anyone acknowledge me. But after 10 mins or so had a consultant come over who knew his stuff and helped me with my decision. After he left 2 other staff members came and made sure I was looked after. Good Service here

I found them to be very helpful and reasonably well priced. they offer you to make an offer less for cash, however when i have been there they have just offered me a better price straight up without having to go through the silly bartering thing that may be second nature for some.

I bought Vacuum cleaner and microwave from them. I did my homework before and I knew which brand and model I want, I just negotiated price. Also they had everything I need in stock. Other time I ordered camera online and picked it up from this store, they also helped me to choose SD card for it. Now I'm looking for Dryer, most likely will buy it from them. Just saw on the website that they offer installation as well (I need to mount it on the wall).

A great experience overall. This store always has stock in place and ready to sell. There knowledge in the IT area was great. Helpful staff. No complaints.

Went to The Good Guys while shopping around for christmas presents. Thought I already had found a great deal, but thought I would check with them before I bought. They took another $30 off the great deal I already had. The staff are excellent. Friendly and knowledgable in their areas. I would still shop around again but when you think you have a good price, take it to them and you might just be suprised.

I am quite fond of Good Guys Caringbah, but to say that it is Caringbah is a joke. They are smack bang in the middle of Taren Point.

The store is pretty big, they do carry a large range of products in stock and anything else they can order in. It's always good to do your homework BEFORE you go in as their staff aren't always that knowledgeable. All they do seem to be experts at is: cutting prices.

But if you are happy with that, then these are the guys for you; the Good Guys.

Love these guys and the fact they have moved to a much bigger and better venue, spoils me for choice. I think they give excellent customer service is, but I always ask for Norbert as he's my man and truly knowledgeable when it comes to everything they stock.

Great deals, better prices, with plenty of parking and stock available.

Wanted a Fridge, Washing Machine and Microwave Oven... Went to the Good Guys and they sorted between all the brands and the technical lingo and gave me the price. I wrote everything down, went to Harvey Norman and Clive Peters and they both said I've got too good of a deal and they cant match. Clive Peters even went on saying that are you sure they'll give you the price this is too cheap and that you'll probably get there and they'll say they don't have in stock or something similar. I went back to Good Guys... got all my items delivered and felt very happy with my savings!!!!

Wanted a washing machine...Got a price for the one
we wanted at Appliances Online... after much research...

took the cash in to this Good Guys and the print out of the
machine from the online place...

They matched the price then gave us an extra $70 off including
delivery..

We have since bought more from them again with lots of research
and prices from competitors...always got it cheaper from them and
not had any trouble.

We go in knowing what we want and have only the money we are ready
to pay never left without what we want.

We have always been served quickly and treated well. The staff we have dealt with
are knowledgeable.
