The worst store for customer service ever

very fast delivery on my washing machine and set up paid in morning delivered that afternoon have most items in stock and if not get them fast ,great if you pay cash , great discounts

This is a great store to shop in. the first time we went there a few years now we were more then happy. We went looking for a Dig Vid Cam we were not sure what to get. The staff member who worked in this department knew his stuff was very willing to show us how it worked and was also willing to drop the price for cash and throw in a bag as well. due to the way we were treated have ever since gone to this store about 20 min drive as we are big bielivers if you get great service then they will get our bussness even if this means 30 min. Great store and great job looking at reviews I think this store speaks for it self take a look it free cost nothing just time but I am sure after going you will go back or walk out with a great deal.

Fantastic store - they really drive your dollar further. Bought a LCD TV as well as a air-conditioner and they did a fantastic price for both. We even ended up getting it on interest free which they set all up for us. Very helpful. See Jason in the TV section. Also got some vouchers stamped out our receipts for future visits - 2 x $25 vouchers (not much but an added bonus)

I have always had good experiences at The Good Guys. However I have found the variety isn't that great (obviously depending on the product you are looking for). The staff have always been friendly enough.

Fantastic service by a young NZ guy. He couldnt do enough to help me. Very good manners and sales ability a credit to Good Guys so if you go in look out for him.

Will definitely return. The customer service was above excellent and not what I was expecting. I received great product knowledge and felt confident to bring it home to use.

They have all the best brands in electronics and white goods, this means excellent quality. Though the prices can sometimes be a bit too high, but u can usually catch a bargain from time to time.
