I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner via The Good Guys EBay site and nominated the new North Lakes store to pick up my purchase. I was very impressed the ample parking available and the very tidy and attractive store inside. The customer service assistant who served me was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The only thing that could have been improved on would have been a team member to offer information about the product and perhaps a suggestion to buy extra vacuum bags would have helped. I realise the staff member who I dealt with is not a salesperson and that is probably not something they are trained to do.
