Walked in and I was immediately greeted. They had a huge range of herbal teas, I have a glass of water with a strawberry ice cube. Never thought of doing this myself but it was great. My facial was soo relaxing, and my skin genuinely feels softer.

Something is just not right with this place. The set up seems awkward to me and I did not enjoy my facial treatment a few weeks ago for which I paid a fortune.

I have only used their hairdressing services, and each time I have had my hair cut or coloured they have done a great job. The only disappointing factor being within less than a year, I had four different hairdressers because they had a high turnover of staff.
