Believe it or not we have had some bad food in the south-west. So many restaurants are overpriced and underwhelming due to high tourism. This was the opposite! The outside facade looks quite unappealing but once you are bought into the main restaurant it feels very classy and you quickly realise looks can be deceiving,.

We ordered garlic bread, a scotch fillet steak each and drinks. The garlic bread was 4 small pieces for almost $10.00 but it was possibly the best garlic bread I have ever had and the steak was close to perfection. The service was amazing too- we had an early dinner so that probably helped and the view was just beautiful. Right on the water and so pretty. Also important to note they are in the entertainment book so you can have an awesome cheap meal with the voucher.

We will be back voucher or not. Without the voucher it's on the pricey but no more than any other waterfront restaurant and it's worth it for such a pleasant all round experience. Definitely going back!!!

This is our second time here and it's even better than the last. We shared a salt and pepper squid salad with an asian bean shoot salad that was superb - fresh, balanced and delicious. We had some chips and aioli too and the aioli was a little insipid. For mains, I chose the beautifully presented prawn board which came with three types of prawns - cold prawns with green salad and thousand island on the side, garlic prawns with rice, and prawns wrapped in potato served with the wonderful bean shoot salad and it came with slices of bread. I didn't really eat the bread as the portions were really generous. it was a tad finicky to eat and you you also need a side plate as the ramekins are packed to the brim, plus, best if you use fingers ( they provide wet towel for hand). My partner had the 300 gm steak with mash and it was great.

A good night out, nice ambiance, efficient and friendly service, good food and reasonable prices.

The four of us went for dinner last weekend. We decided to share an entree of sampling platter (for 2 )and a separate salt/pepper calamari. It came with a small pot of deep fried salt/pepper calamari, slices of proscuito, a few slices of bread, olives and feta, small block of pate. It was a generous portion for something that says for 2. For mains, we had the lamb, steak, chicken and fish each. Portions were all fair, except The lamb, although tasty was such a small portion and even the polenta block was small. My fish was average and chutney too spicy and risotto a bit bland. The chicken was nice and steak too (it came with salad and chips).

Ambience is pleasant and service is friendly.
