They were prompt, nice over phone, low call out fee and arrived within 2 hrs on a Saturday arvo. Plumber seemed to know what he was talking about. Asked for disconnecting of gas heaters and feel it was over quoted opportunistically taking advantage of our ignorance. Less than 20 mins work cost over $600!!
