One of the best places for macaroons! Cute little store with so many yummy cupcakes and goodies to choose from, I personally love the mini chocolate cupcakes!

Best fresh macarons in Melbourne. also their standard macarons are to die for much better then Lindt.
they also do yummy cupcakes.
but their macaron variety is the very reason i travel all the way to the city.

I bought cupcakes once from this shop since the shop is close to where I live. I bought the red velvet cupcakes, the taste is quite nice. the staff was very friendly and polite too.

My experience with cupcake family is somewhat a mixed feelings. The first time I was there, I was made to wait while the staff was chatting with customers. Today I went into the store with a voucher I bought. I was told that I have to book to redeem my 12 mini cupcakes. I was at the store at 3pm which is 3 hours to closing and there are still a number of cupcakes left. the staff told me she will give me a selection of cupcakes, and that coz i didnt book for it, i was not allow to choose. Rage is how I felt and this is a small reason for me not to ever return again.

I love my cupcakes and my macaroon and after trying numerous place, I have to say that this is my favourite by a long way. They do the normal vanilla, chocolate, lemon, but also authetic flavour such as green tea and durian. Love their blueberry cream cheese as well. Although sometimes service can be quite slow, I would still go back. They would give you your cupcake in a box, unlike some of the other cupcake place who ask you to pay 50cents for the box. You should try their black sesame macaroon as well.

I never buy cupcake from them, so not sure about the quality, service, value and overall. But walked past there and asked if there was a job vacancy. That was my first impression. A girl at the front desk on thursday morning told me to drop my resume. I didn't bring my resume at that time, I came back after had lunch and asked if she knew the manager name. Thought it would be more appropriate if you know someone's name who is going to hire you and you could build more acceptable cover letter, that is a courtesy. But it was a surprised, that girl impolitely refused to told me the manager name. I said I thought you told me to drop my resume. Yes she said, that is up to you to build your own resume but I'm not going to give you the name. After a while, she said she is the manager. But when I asked, she didn't know her own name either!! If the manager of this shop read this, please kindly send me a message or email or reply this review. I would like to know if her behaviour suffers a lack of competency or something else.
