My first experience here was too see a friend play here in a band. Great small environment to enjoy the music and gather around with family/friends. The meals take a while to cook especially if it is busy, but the meals are portioned well and at a good price.

A wonderful array of interesting foods (a lot of Greek cuisine, but also others). The staff are lovely, friendly and entertaining. Live music some nights, with local acts, which is great. A fabulous venue for functions, as they have a funky little lounge area and also plenty of room outside, undercover. Some definite potential here, with the 'funky' decor and intimate dining. Great place to go for cocktails, but the meals can be a little overpriced. Some lovely food, though and good atmosphere.

Approximate cost: $25-35

This is our favourite restaurant to dine at. The food is amazing and it has a really great atmosphere, especially on Friday nights with live music. A great place to meet friends for drinks too

Was an amusing experience, had a good laugh, but I certainly don't recommend this place. Maybe it was just not my 'cup of tea'. But serious......Don't do it

The Cosmopolitan is a great local spot with a nice decor - if only it were cheaper! The place is not often busy and the food is not the best considering the price. Good spot for casual drinks, service is good. Just a shame about the prices or it might become a regular.

Have had wideranging experiences at The Cosmopolitan. It is a great venue to hold a function, such as a 21st or other birthday, with room for a dancefloor, great food spread and plenty of variety at the bar. Trendy atmosphere, with piano and projector, to make those events even more special. Thursday night, a pianist makes the restaurant more inviting. Enjoyable open fire with sofa's, however never really that busy. Food is ok, steak is exceptional, however was disapointed with shanks last time visited. Above average prices, so should really get better quality food.

Approximate cost: $25-30
