Look, this is obviously a franchise operation. The food is brought in and very generic. Its not BAD its just not GOOD. There are other places to go, a lot cheaper,and a lot better.

great service, all the ladies and gentleman who work there are always smiling and happy and welcoming, the food is great, a little on the expensive side but worth it

The girl at the counter was very patient taking our order while my baby was screaming her head off (for no apparent reason). She politely suggested the tables down the back where it was a little quieter to help the baby settle - she did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. The coffee and cake was promptly served and the quality was great as always.

The coffee was virtually undrinkable, requiring 6 sugars to make it almost bearable and the fish was dry. They got the order wrong, which was taken by the assistant manager, and we were told we could speak with the manager but after waiting 40 minutes, decided we couldn't be bothered.
We were extremely disappointed and will never be returning.
