Went there this morning with 5 other ladies' for an end of year breakup breakfast. Hadn't been to the Coffee Club for years so really enjoyed it. The waiter was very impressive as he simply memorized 6 orders plus coffee's and got it all right. I had a very nice crunchy hash brown and the cinnamon pancakes which were sooo nice. Great coffee too. A lovely morning out with the ladies and the service was pretty quick too. No complaints at all.

The Coffee Club has been around for quite some time and I've always enjoyed going there with my girlfriends. This coffee club in particular I was turned off for a while after it consistently had poor wait times which made it not very enjoyable. The food was excellent, the staff friendly but the problem was their were just not enough staff to run this place. Recently I decided to go back as it was the best option whilst I was doing my shopping in cleveland. It seems as though they have improved greatly. I had a nice steak sandwich and coffee and the wait issue was fixed. The staff were perfect. The prices are as expensive as always, but the quality is there and my faith in this branch has been renewed.

Had a delightful breakfast with my husband. We ordered the big breakfast, pancakes, orange juice and chocolate thick shake. From receipt of our order our food arrived within 15 minutes. However my pancakes arrived without maple syrup, but staff were helpful and assisted immediately. Would have breakfast there again in the near future.

The fish and chip meal I had was great, I enjoy it. What I didn't enjoy was the wait to be served. It said full table service. I didn't expect to sit for so long before I was served. The staff were friendly but they need to improve their serving times. I felt like I'd been forgotten. I would go again, but for the food only, not the poor waiting time to be served.

I had high hopes for the Coffee club cleveland but on both occassions I went there, I was let down. The food was terrific don't get me wrong, but the service was bordering on appauling, my order took over an hour to get to me, part of it was wrong. On another occassion, the waitor didn't even think to check if our order had been taken and left us there. Extremely frustrated by this, I had to go up and ask for help as noone was doing a thing. It says full table service, take a seat. I won't be going back!

Customer service was pretty poor! Coffee was ok... The setting though I'm always impressed with coffee clubs setting and style.... Other coffee shops are cheaper and better sorry.

We had some coffees which didn't wow us or anything. The food on other tables looked really nice though so we will probably go back to try that one day... We weren't blown away by the coffee or service though and much prefer other coffee shops in the area

I go often to have cake and coffee at this place which is always nice. Last week I had a dinner with friends and the service was suberb.

I went to coffee club for breakfast. Good espresso and and huge variety. The eggs benedict was good . However they need to employ more staff in weekends

Went to the Coffee Club when I had a craving of Bacon and Eggs but was to lazy to cook them :p I ordered the 'Big Breakfast'. I have to say, everything tasted amazing and it was great value for money! highly recommended :)
