Since it has been taken over, the service off all the staff is so friendly,the new owner even came over an welcomed us.such a nice place to go.The coffee is so much better now and the food is great!!

Have to say the best meal I've had here was the Mini Burgers, absolutely guaranteed satisfaction every time. Give the coffee a good go that never varies in quality and taste!

Overpriced, poor service, food is ok (I had a bowl of muesli). A real shame as it is prime position for a really good cafe. Will prob just go back as a meeting place for drinks and avoid the food.

Very disappointed with our experience at The Coffee Club in Chelsea today. I went there with some relatives for coffee and cake. The staff were very slow to take our order at the counter and then messed up our coffees. Not sure how you can mix up two cappuccinos and a skim latte (they brought us a full cream cappuccino, a skim cappuccino and a full cream latte??) The girl did offer to bring us the right ones but we had waited so long to get them in the first place that we told her not to bother. The cakes that we ordered tasted stale. The cheesecake and vanilla slice both tasted rubbery. The carrot cake was the best of the three but still pretty average. We also found that the mug-size coffees were quite weak (perhaps they only use one shot of espresso?) The place is pricey and we had an overall disappointing experience.
