Joe provided me with outstanding customer service from the first initial email I sent to him, regarding building a customised cat enclosure for my back yard. He came the very next day to provide me with a written quote and even came up with some ideas and suggestions I hadn't considered. I emailed a few other companies for quotes and some were cheaper, but others wanted to be paid for coming out and providing a quote! Joe also brought with him a sample of the netting he uses, which is pre-stretched at a tonne to reduce sagging, have a high UV rating and posts, if you need them, are made with stainless steel. All this with a 10 year written guarantee on all materials.

On the morning of the day of the installation, it was absolutely pouring rain. Joe said that he couldn't work in such rain, due to the risk of using power tools outside etc. I completely understood his concerns. However, when the weather cleared, he contacted me straight away and said that he would be able to do the job! Joe went above the call of duty and stayed until past 6:30pm to complete the enclosure, almost in complete darkness!

The quality of the enclosure is fantastic! Joe has done such a professional job, with attention to every detail. I am thrilled with the enclosure and my cats adore it! I can now rest easy, knowing my cats are perfectly safe and happy in their enclosure, safe from predators, cars, cat fights and prowling dogs. They now have the best of both worlds – the stimulation of being “outdoors” but safe in their enclosure. Thank you Joe!! I'm a very satisfied customer!!
