This is the only vet that I will take my cat to. The staff are very genuine and caring, and provide professional care for your pets. They always offer you a cheaper alternative treatment and ensure that your cat is getting the care they need to get better.

Just an ordinary vet surgery. I was very disappointed with my experience at this vet surgery - but that's because I had expectations that they would be something more than the usual (average quality) vet surgery. I found they didn't even rate as average. There was absolutely no personal touch - it felt like a production line. Cat in, cat out, pay, leave...next. I didn't get to meet the vet doing the surgery. I had to deal with one vet to admit my cat, then collected him from a different vet who clearly knew nothing about my cat's surgery. I was then charged $100 more than I'd been quoted, and an additional amount in error that was refunded after I queried it. The client facing staff didn't fill me with confidence and at one point I stood at reception while the ladies talked among themselves for fully 3 minutes - and there were no other customers around and I had my cat recovering from surgery in a cage, waiting to pay and leave. When they finally did deal with me they seemed harried and defensive! Bizarre. I felt like an idiot for falling for the 'specialist' marketing. And boy, was it ever expensive.

We have always used this clinic, the staff we deal with are highly competent and explain medical conditions very thoroughly so we can understand. 10 months ago we had to have our 16 year old Lily put down. It was 10pm and the on call vet waited for us at the clinic and was very compassionate afterwards. We now have a kitten and I can't think of a better place to have his checkups and treatments.

The best cat vets I have ever dealt with. I strongly recommend to all cat owners. We drive past many vets to get there. I have never been disappointed with their service.

Love the Cat Clinic. They are always friendly, welcoming and helpful - even when they have an annoying customer like me who wanted a particular coloured cat harness! They were more than happy to order it in for me. Their prices are standard, their service is excellent and I would feel perfectly safe leaving my cats there for boarding, if I needed to (I haven't used this particular service yet). They are also more than happy to give you advice and obviously love cats. Highly recommended.
