Extensive menu. I am not usually a big fan of Chinese cuisine, but the dishes I have had on the 4 occasions I have visited have been very enjoyable, especially the duck dishes.
On my last visit (Friday) I tried the duck rolls and the lettuce cups - both were yummy!
The food prices are becoming more on the expensive side, the wine prices seem comparable with other restaurants in Hobart.
Service was polite and efficient, with the waiting staff paying close attention to every table.

Delicious Chinese cuisine, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The food is a little bit slow, but worth the wait once you taste it. Try the shredded beef, or the roast duck rolls.

There are not many Chinese restaurants in Hobart that are worth visiting. This one is probably one of the best ones if you are looking for an upmarket night out. I like that the menu is not as Europeonised as I expected. The main serves could be a bit bigger given the price of them.The deepfried squid with five salts was ordinary and not worth getting, it seemed like it had been cooked at too low a temperature. The twice cooked pork was great, and had a depth of taste the surprised me, and it was the kind of slow spicy that burns over time in a pleasant way. Service was very, very friendly but slow. Make a point of reading the books they have near the toilets they are very interesting. Restaurant is an old house, with lots of nooks and crannies so plenty of atmosphere. The house wine is a steal at $16 a bottle.
