This is a great spot to sit and relax. Situated right on the boardwalk your view is the beach and big boats. This is pub style food which always has my vote .

Excellent pub with good food and drinks. From the beginning we were welcomed warmly and seated almost immediately. The ambiance inside is wonderful and I felt really relaxed to talk freely and have fun. The only pub in Perth you can sit on the water. Amazing view and really good atmosphere.

have been here in the past. very yuppy and the prices are too high for me. nice and clean place though. music is ok;. staff seem nice and friendly. clientel does vary but so many younger overdressed but thats the the places fault. ok for one drink then off for cheaper food im afraid.

We have been a here a couple times, The thing that puts us off going again is that the prices are so high. Yes the food is great tasting & fresh but is $99+ for a seafood platter for 2 really worth it? For a special occasion we will be back.

Beautiful setting, really nice food but drinks are very expensive. Have been for a function upstairs and staff and food were excellent, had dinner upstairs and even though expensive was really enjoyable and also had the pizzas downstairs which all were thoroughly enjoyed. needs an area to dance, better music and drink specials.

Approximate cost: $30

Have been a few times. food is always nice but expected at the crazy prices you pay.

Not a fan of the cocktails here so im normally the driver at this one.

$32 for a shared tapas like plate - only enough for 2 people really and nibbles

Way, way, way overpriced. The charge $10+ for generic mainstream beers and an absolute fortune for small servings of decent food. On the plus side the views are fantastic and the service itself is very good. It is a nice place to relax and catch up with mates - just don't expect to come home with any savings. You can get better beer, better prices, better food and better views at Clancys 10 minutes down the road.

I had my wedding at the breakwater in the akoya suit/reids lounge ,the food was amazing,The views just beautiful and the staff were fantastic, I definatly chose the right venue for my big day, I have been to the bar and restaurant also it is pricey , I wish it was a little more affordable to have a drink but the views and atmosphere is great.

It is worth visiting just for the atmosphere and the stunning view. The drinks are expensive but your paying for the view and the amazing decor. Suprisingly even when it is busy you can still find room and get a seat or bench. The food is really nice and you can get everything from chips to silver service a-la-carte.

Approximate cost: $35
