We often use the Brassey of Canberra as a venue to run courses and our recent experience was fantastic. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the communication prior to the event was great. In addition, the venue is stunning. Would highly recommend.

The nice girl named Shannon checked us in she was extremely helpful and always smiling. The bartenders Anthony and Brett those blokes new their wines and were so down to earth. The only thing that annoyed me we were sitting in the bar Last Drinks at 10 pm on Friday night and this bloke in pj's and sox walks behind the bar grabbed a couple of drinks and glared at us like to say why are you here!! Apparently it was the boss ( Mark ) other than him we'll be back it's such a beautiful historic hotel/motel with so much character including the beautiful staff who go beyond their duty to make you feel at home. Thankyou to the staff keep smiling your the best.

We continue to be impressed with the quality of the staff, facilities and range of good food and wine at this hotel. Parking is a little tight, and the bar area is often full. However, the rooms are well appointed and the location excellent for a short break to Canberra. We recommend this place to friends and colleagues.

The staff are very experienced in functions. The chef is fantastic, and very accommodating to special requests. They will do most of the room set up for you, all you have to worry about is the decorations.
