Great friendly service, helped me to my car. Easy to use and definitely better than hiring cardboard boxes. Only tiny niggly thing I would say is that the handle on the porta-robes really cut into your hand when fully loaded with clothes. just needs a tiny design weak but that's all. I would definately use them again though the bottle and glass boxes were really useful

Amazing product and great customer service. The Box Rental Company made our move so much easier. Much cheaper than buying boxes ourselves and without the hassle of then having to store them afterwards. The boxes are very sturdy and easy to put together. Clearly explained the options and offer. Dropped boxes off promptly and picked up when agreed. Boxes of good quality and very useful. Refunded bond at end. We go with this option again if I moved.

I'm really happy that I decided to use The Box Rental Company. I have moved house so many times in the last few years, and always tried to save money by sourcing second-hand boxes, but that was a lot of hassle and often the boxes were in poor condition, then of course I had to get rid of them after the move. The Box Rental Company ended up being about the same cost as buying second-hand cardboard boxes, but SO MUCH EASIER! The fact that the boxes were delivered to me (in just a 2 hour time slot so I could still drop my daughter off at Kinder first), and I knew they were going to be collected, took a lot of pressure off me. And the boxes were extremely easy to use, very strong, and the labels provided made things very simple. A really well thought out system. And great, friendly, helpful customer service too.

Anything that takes the hassle out of moving house, protects the environment, and doesn't cost too much has to be a good thing!
