Its a small casual restaurant but had a few people in it during a busy lunch hour on a weekday when I attended recently.

The waitress was polite and smiling as she showed me to a table and got me menu and water.

I ordered a red curry chicken and it was delicious, very creamy little spicy, but a good portion served in a ceramic bowl along with my steamed rice.

a quick weekday lunch which was delicious.

I hardly had to wait at all for my meal and best of all it was nice and warm when it reached me

its cash only which is my only complaint!!

priced about $10 to $12 for a main .. i think its quite reasonable price for getting a delicious thai meal

This is my favourite thai restaurant. I always eat there because it is located in city and no too far from my living place. My favourite food in there are pad thai, and spicy crispy chicken. you can choose either beef, chicken or vegetarian for pad thai. I have tasted same menu spicy crispy chicken in other restaurant. when i compared that with this restaurant. I prefer to choose spicy crispy chicken in thai culinary because it is more crispy, not too spicy, and the sauce that they used make more delicious this food. The quality of service in this restaurant i think good because i never have problem with service from this restaurant.

I went to this place with a Scoopon, and read some Urban Spoon reviews on it. They all claimed it was great and authentic food. When we walked up, expecting to see a nice restaurant place, we started to get worried when it was a small takeaway food shop looking place - like the cheap cafe lunch place with a few tables and chairs in them in the city. We sat down, waited for our food to come and the heavens opened! The first bite of my chicken satay skewer was so good, and my Massaman Curry when it came out - I near passed out it was so good! I'm no food connoisseur, but we have been back since, and I keep talking about it. Do yourself a favour - look past that it doesn't look like a great venue, and just eat the food!

Approximate cost: $12-$14

Gotta love it ... when a restaurant's decor seems not so nice or modern but then the food is served and its delicious! good to hear!

Not authentic at all and quite expensive for the quality and amount of foods. The dishes were oily and extremely salty. I was not able to taste anything else apart from the huge amount of salt. I ordered beef stir fry and massaman curry. Both dishes were packed in small container and only had few pieces of chicken, the rest were onions, capsicums and potatoes.

Have walked past this place so many times but was never interested in going in because Rose Garden is just next door and much more tempting. But one Sunday I went to the area and realised that rose graden was closed so we then decided to give this place a try. The menu is simple thai foods at reasonalbe price. I had chicken Pad Thai which was quite good. The noodle was cooked well, not too mushy and the heat from the chilli was nice and hot.

Very very good hot and spicy food if you like it. I enjoy eating their special fried rice. Space is not very spacious but just enough room to sit and enjoy your meal. The best authentic thai place to eat in Melbourne.

Approximate cost: $8.00
