If it was an option I would rate NO stars. Last Saturday night my husband stopped at That Concept to buy some dinner. Because of the heavy rain no restaurants were delivering so he went into the restaurant to make his purchase. It was before 7pm. When he entered the restaurant he was completely ignored by the staff who seemed to be cleaning up. He waited patiently and was continually ignored. No one said 'sorry we are closed' or asked if he needed help. This continued for several minutes with no one acknowledging him at all. After some time he left the restaurant and as he was leaving the staff all burst into laughter!. I understand the weather made the evening a terrible one. I would have understood if they were closing early, 8.45pm is the advertised closing time and it was well before that. But to ignore a customer and then laugh as he left was very poor. We will NEVER use this restaurant again!

There is a few points that make this worth the visit if your already in the Liverpool area;
- The menu does hold variety
- The service is prompt
- The prices are reasonable
- The food actually tastes good
- It is conveniently located
- It's a hygienic premises
I sampled the satay chicken which was quite tasty, not oily or overdone. The meat was tender and not fatty and the satay taste was unique and delicious.

Really good range of Thai food is available here. Easy to reach here. The staff was friendly and smile on their face. The order just come within few minutes. Good place for Thai food
