I was submitting a script to obtain medication for my toddler on a Saturday afternoon. Bearing in mind that this was a particularly busy weekend day, I didn't mind coming back to collect the medication after submitting the script. When I arrived back to collect the medication, I was handed the medication with no explanation of how much to take, how often, how long to take it for, side effects etc. by the pharmacist. I have been to other pharmacies before and have always given directions of dosage, frequency etc. especially since I was getting an antibiotics. When I enquired, I was informed that the directions are on the label. Extremely disappointed in the customer service aspect. Furthermore, I had asked for this item to be price-matched when I initially submitted the script. When I was paying for the item at the cashier counter, I enquired again if this item was already price matched, and they didn't have any idea whether it had been. The cashier had to consult the pharmacist at the back of the house, which resulted in another waiting session.
