After the Hail storm in 2010 I was referred by my insurance to take my car to this company due to the hail damage. After 3 weeks I finally got my car back which was fine as I understood they would have been really busy. However after a couple of weeks and more rain I noticed the roof of my car was damp and begining to smell. The rain was leaking through the roof. As assesor came out to look at my car and advised to take my car back a second time to get this fixed he also noticed more things that had not been fixed there were still cracked parts on the door and the plastic below where the windscreen wipers sit. They had my car for a further week. I got my car back again only to find there was touch up paint all over the boot of the car. At this point I was fuming!!!!! I took my car back again. They finally got it right after another 3 days. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED AN APOLOGY!!!! THEY INSTEAD BLAMED THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY...
