Update Temple quickly contacted me and helped resolved the situation. So I have given them 4 stars. The courier company has yet to contact me.

Products are generally good but their choice of courier is dismal. Hunter express, check the reviews on them 2 star and temple doesn't seem to care and gives excuses on their poor service

Medium Ergopedic Pocket Spring Mattress Bed. Bed sag after 6 months. Am not a heavy male 75kg 6ft tall. No assistance from T&w not even credit. Would not trust them.

I ordered a rocking chair from Temple and Webster at the start of June, it didn’t get shipped until the beginning of July and I am still yet to receive it. Auspost has advised me that it has been lost in shipment but through multiple attempts at contacting T&W I have yet to receive a response to sort this out. The rocking chair is for my nursery and I am due to have my baby in just over a month!! This stress is highly unneeded right now, I just want to finish my nursery before the baby comes.

Have ordered off T and W two times and got the furniture very quickly no problem until 3rd order been a total balls up . Took nearly 3 weeks to receive my drawers and then when they did arrive I got a king bed frame instead have been told they would deliver my drawers today and take away the bed frame just got off the phone now they assuring me Monday delivery not sure if I can trust the word luv the furniture but think the communication between the staff and delivery people in Australia needs major improving .

The customer service is pathetic. If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a bed and mattress for my daughter. The bed was set to be delivered by one courier and the mattress by another. I rang to arrange them to go a street over as no one was going to be home. The bed arrived fine. The mattress we are still waiting on. I have contacted them via chat and phone every day since and they say they will escalate to a “specialist” team and someone will contact me but no one does and the next day when I contact them they say the same thing. The courier company has not even been sent the mattress but T&W say multiple different things like it’s still in the warehouse or that the courier team have it or that it’s my fault cause I changed the delivery address- which makes no sense when the bed came just fine. Every single attempt to get help from their customer service has been pointless. Apparently a “supervisor” is going to ring me to give me an update tonight (its 6pm so I highly doubt it). Will never recommend them to anyone. How can you sleep on a bed with no mattress.

I purchased two of these drawers, one was fine, not great quality but good enough to keep. The second one was faulty though. It wobbled when you touched it and the drawers didn’t go in and out properly. What made the whole experience terrible is the customer service. We had arranged a swap of the items on a specific date due to us going away on holidays. The new item was delivered whilst we were away so was left for 4 days. When I contacted customer service via both the online and chat and on the phone, they said they had no control as to when it is delivered as that was the courier company taking care of that. That was never explained to me when organising the exchange, otherwise I would have asked them to put a hold on processing the order. I was told 5 times that I will receive a call back from the customer service team for an update, this happened 5 times with no call. I was then advised it would be an email, still waiting for that email. They then said on the order it says leave in a safe place, I never said this and when I was given the option to go to the link to allow authority I didn’t. They then went on to say I said they could in the original order, this was a seperate order so completely different. The to top it off the day it was arranged to be picked up the courier never came. This was sitting at my parents house and outside as it was too heavy for them to lift inside. It was half blocking the entry to difficult to get in and out of the house. They had also made sure they were home. I was told the courier must have run out of time so they rescheduled for the Monday, the courier never showed, then it was finally collected on the Tuesday. Customer service had been advised it was not in the boxes as it had been assembled and they said that was no issues. However the courier decided to get in a fight about it. Terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding Temple and Webster

Woeful 'customer service' - massive delays without adequate communication or reply to my questions. Someone else here says they have bots replying and that makes sense. Then, after more than 2 weeks late delivery, they book my item into an all day delivery service so I have to wait around all day for delivery. Not even an offer of an upgraded delivery after such poor service.

Do not buy anything from T&W - they DO NOT REFUND any money for goods that are returned unopened, unused & in their original packaging - even when goods are found to be such poor quality and not worth keeping. What a rip off!!
Even the store credit offered bares no resemblance to the amount paid for the goods which included paying for the good to be returned in excellent condition.
Oh & I've received no reply to my email asking for an explanation.

Really bad customer service, poor quality custmer care even when analysing customer requests (emails are read by robots, obviousy they do not quite get everything right). They will twist words (what is considered change of mind) to deduct the return shipping cost. Will never buy from Temple & Webster
