they stock a great range of mobil phones and accessories and covers , i purchased a new phone and cover,the quality of the products are good and reasonably priced , service not so good you have to ask if you need help,,,they are always crowded witch means a long wait for service
I had a faulty wireless broadband SIM card that had around $400 in credit on it so I took it into the local Telstra Shop to get it replaced. Initially they weren't 100% sure on what to do and then said I needed to buy a new SIM card. After looking on their computer they agreed that they would transfer the credit form the old SIM to the new one with out charge.

Hi, thanks for your comments about the Launceston Telstra Shop. I've not ever had a good experience with the Launceston branch staff, but found the Kings Meadows branch staff really helpful. Probably because they aren't as busy as in town, but they've always made an extra effort to help. I always go to Kings Meadows now, for good service.
